This medieval hamlet was transformed in an exclusive luxury homes on which is located also the Antico Casale, the luxury complex also features a golf club and SPA guest can reserve these services with an extra price, there are also two very good restaurants within walking distance to the hose.
The villa is surrounded by a private garden which goes all around the property and feature a large swimming pool at exclusive use for the client 5x12 mt. depth 1.50 all around. equipped with elegant sun lounges and umbrellas; a covered patio with table chairs and barbecue for al fresco meal. The little pool house feature fitness room bathroom ad a wood oven.
The interios of the property covers 250 square meters, and develops in two levels, with a cozy terrace of 40 square meters; at the ground floor there is a large open space with living area with sofas and arm chairs, working fire place, dining area with table and chairs, and fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. the floor has also one service bathroom, and a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower;
