Surrounded by breath-taking scenery & fresh woodland air for inner peace, it is open plan with Italian designer furniture to host max 5 guests (1 EU king bed, 1 double sofa bed & 1 single mattress). Maze Hill Station is just downstairs (1 min walk) to reach all Central London stations with Oyster Card (10 min to London Bridge, 15 min to City, 25 min to Canary Wharf/Charing Cross).

3. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.
Normal check-in is 3PM and check-out 11am (as it will take 4 hours to clean the whole flat) . However, if you do need an early check-in or late check-out between 11am-3pm, pls let me know first, as I might be able to coordinate with the cleaners so they can watch over your luggage in the flat while they are cleaning the flat between 11am-3pm.
If you can only check in or check out your luggage outside of the 11am-3pm period, you can simply use STASHER website, there are lots of luggage storage places around the flat within 5-10 minutes walk in Greenwich SE3/SE10 area, costing a couple of pounds per hour.
It is possible to rent a parking space off premises. Please use JUSTPARK website and to find out available parking space near the flat in Greenwich SE3/SE10, costing a couple of pounds per hour.
It is a self-service check-in/check-out process with a lockbox, available 24/7, so you don't need to worry about your travel schedule and late check-in time. You will get two set of keys in a lockbox near the flat with a passcode.
Full instruction on guest access will be available once you finish the booking. I will be contactable by Airbnb Inbox or mobile during your stay.
4. Other Notes:
Please be quiet, considerate and clean. Treat it like your own home for me please. Smoking, drinking and partying will NOT be allowed.
Especially, NO SMOKING pls, As a large amount of wood is used in the building throughout and outside it is surrounded by the woodland, the non-smoking rule is strictly implemented by the Greenwich Council, any smoking action detected will be fined heavily (more than £3k) by the Management Company of the building! So please be sure there won't be any smoking in the flat AND in the balcony!
Please always put the correct "number of people checking-in" when you book the flat, as this info decides the number of beds, duvets, pillows, towels and mattresses to be prepared.
By default, we assume our current EU king size bed (160*200) in the bedroom can host up to 2 guests, the double sofa bed (135*190) is ONLY needed for the 3rd & 4th guests and the single mattress (75*220) is ONLY needed for the 5th guests.
Pls let me know if you have a different arrangement in mind (e.g. some guest(s) won't share the bed with the other(s)) , I will try my best to accommodate your requests.
5. The Neighbourhood and Getting Around
It is located right outside of the world famous UNESCO site Greenwich Park & Maritime Greenwich (2 min walk). You will be waking up everyday in the freshest woodland air and bird chirping which is quite rare in London. Feel free to go jogging in Greenwich Park like most locals do! From downstairs you can have access to Maze Hill Station (under 1 min walk) and reach ALL central London locations under 30 min (with an Oyster Card)
