You'll enjoy 25 foot ceilings, windows from top to bottom, 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with an additional large game room, custom slate fireplace, and wood accents throughout. Private and secluded, 3 decks afford mountain views in each direction. The property backs to an eagle preserve, ideal for wooded forest walks, exploring and sledding for the kids.
Features top of the line appliances and conveniences. The house is 3 levels. The first floor, which is street level, has the large game room with a pool table and couch.
Stairs lead upstairs to the second level, where you find a 25' ceiling great room with fireplace, dining room, spacious kitchen, 3 bedrooms and full bath. A large back deck with BBQ and patio seating. This deck leads to the eagle preserve.
The upstairs third level has the master bedroom and bathroom with an extra large shower.
Castlewood sleeps 12 comfortably. All first class appliances, furnishings and interior decorator touches abound.
This house is only 5 minutes to Snow Summit Ski Resort, Bear Mtn Ski Resort, the Lake and the Village. It's close to everything!

This home has pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. in the kitchen, as well as sheets, pillows & cases, blankets and towels. It has a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave and coffee maker (coffee and filters are not included).

All linens provided. 1 towel per person. Please feel free to bring wash cloths and other items that you may need.
Plenty of warm, cozy blankets.
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, microwave, and coffee pot.
A starter pack of extras are included. If you have a large group or are staying more than 2 nights, you may need to bring more:
Toilet paper, Paper towels, Dish soap, Trash bags
Your credit card/security deposit will be charged for the following:
Damaged/missing linens and towels.
For any damages found, you will be charged for all repair costs.
Extra cleaning needed above normal cleaning.
Unauthorized animals $250 each + the cost of carpet & furniture cleaning.
This home may have security cameras on the outside of the house. Do not touch or cover up any cameras at the property.
$50 per hour will be assessed for not departing at check-out time.
If you are evicted for violations, you forfeit all money paid. No refund for an early departure or a no show.
No refund will be made due to power outages or malfunctions with TVs, internet service, hot tub, heater, water heater, or other equipment and appliances, or for carpet stains, or for the sighting of insects or other animals.
We do not refund due to weather or road conditions or other acts of nature.
