The spacious open floor plan on the main level is designed for gathering, featuring a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Guests can share meals together around the large dining table with seating for eight, or enjoy casual meals at the kitchen island with room for four. After a day at the beach, the living room invites you to unwind in its Mediterranean decor, with the cozy glow of an electric fireplace and large flat-screen TV. A few steps away, just outside the sliding glass door, is a screened-in porch that provides the perfect setting to sip a drink, watch breathtaking sunsets, and spot coastal birds over the water.
