Guests are greeted by two sweeping, open-air furnished porches—one on each level—that span the length of the home. The first-floor porch features cozy club chairs and an intimate outdoor dining set for three, creating the ideal spot for a leisurely morning coffee.
Step inside to discover a custom-built chef’s kitchen, anchored by a striking 10-foot quartzite center island with bar seating for four. Outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, including a commercial Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf gas range with center griddle, large farmhouse sink, and abundant custom cabinetry, this kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful. The adjacent dining area boasts a large farmhouse table and built-in bench seating for eight or more. In the living area, two oversized sofas and a pair of club chairs surround a large flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or game time.
