Right next to the water is this modern villa that is a little out of the ordinary. Here you are offered both recreation and relaxation. You are welcomed directly into the living room with large windows, which is in an open area with the kitchen and the dining area. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a family bunk bed and the sofa in the living room is a bedsofa. In the bathroom you have both a shower and a bathtub as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Two large terraces embrace the house in different stages towards the water and here you will find a wood-fired hot tub and sauna. You have access to your own jetty if you want to bring your own boat, and there is also your own small swimming area below the house.
