You’ll always hear the distant sound of waves and feel the breeze and the vacation vibe during your stay here.
Up with the sun? Enjoy the rise over the immense body of water and pay attention when you hear rustling sounds in your yard; monkeys might be munching the sea grapes.
Maybe you’re coming to the Friendly Island of St. Maarten/St. Martin to enjoy it as a Culinary Cuisine Capital of the Caribbean. But if you do eat in, enjoy the awesome kitchen, its contents and brand name appliances.
The Villa offers a specious pool deck with infinity pool, lounge chairs, teak furniture and access to and from the 2 bedrooms on the lower level.
There is a spacious 2 car garage and more parking space around the Villa.
The main house has 3 Bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and an extra bonus bedroom. The appartment has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
**This has 6 bedrooms and this is the 5 bedroom rate, the other bedroom is simply locked off during the stay. The entire unit is still private for your group**

Master Bedroom – King-size poster bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with 'Her' vanity, 'His' vanity, shower, soaking tub. Master bedroom is on the main floor with access to deck with its spectacular views.
Bonus/bedroom – Next to Master bedroom on main floor with full size bed, air conditioning, desk and office chair.
Bedroom #3 – King bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to pool deck.

Located below the Villa, with its own entrance gate, small living area, ocean view, with TV and fully equipped kitchen, extra parking space and access to pool deck
