Please note: Our next door neighbors are renovating and there may be some construction noise. They currently have crews working Mon-Sat 6am to 7pm which may be loud and kick up sawdust that carries over into the yard. We expect the renovation to be completed by Thanksgiving, but want to warn guests before then that it could be disruptive if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
Many flights land early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For this reason we offer a half-day add on, if the calendar permits, allowing you to arrive as early as 9am! Ask about that option when booking. If a guest is checking out the day of your arrival or if we have scheduled maintenance, the half-day option/early check-in won't be possible.
LATE CHECKOUT
Not Likely. Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, consider booking a half-day if our schedule permits. Let us know if you are interested in this option.
POOL HEATING FEE
Yes! We recommend heating the pool from October through April if you'll want to get in comfortably. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $65/night OR $400/week.
