As the deck does not have a barrier and there is small drop on to grass, all guests should take care when using this area due to the risk of falls.There are life-jackets available to use with the two kayaks but we do recommend that guests bring their own well-fitting life-jackets to ensure safety. The spa facilities are shared- guests are welcome to use them, but please let the owners know on arrival.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
