Our gorgeous and modern 3-bedroom apartment has been completely remodeled and is located in the heart of Tampa Bay! 2 of our bedrooms have California King beds! Want to explore outside of the community? Where should we begin?! For family fun, we recommend going to Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, Children's Museum, Top Golf and Dave and Busters! Want to explore our Tampa Bay beaches? Pack your car, load the beach gear and head to Sarasota beaches, Bradenton beaches, Saint Pete Beach or Clearwater Beach! It's worth the drive, plan to stay the whole day! There is so much to do! Then come back to our peaceful community and enjoy the quiet, traffic free life at the end of the day.
Want to enjoy Tampa Bay but also visit Disney? Make the drive! It's worth it! Our home is large and cozy for families, hard to find a deal like this near Disney. Many families book here and drive to Orlando. Here is a secret, Orlando doesn't have the nice beaches we have. :) Stay here and drive to Disney for the day! That is the best way to get the best of both worlds! Tropical beach days and Mickey Mouse ears! After all, you already are in Florida! Make the best of it!
Self check-in instructions:
This is a gated community. If the gates are not open upon check-in, you will need to call to enter from the guest call box which is in the left entrance lane. You will receive the number on the morning of your check-in in your Welcome Message. Once you have checked in, you will no longer need to use the call box as there will be two keycards waiting for you inside the apartment!
There is an abundance of open parking in front of the apartment building. 😊
The keycard will also get you access to our pools, hot tub, billiards, and gym so hold on tight to them!
*There is a $50 charge for a lost keycard. Please do not misplace them.*
Additional info and a few House Rules
• The sanitized towels and washcloths are in the bathroom and linen closet.
• For stays longer than 1 week, please let me know if you will need any cleanings during your stay. 😊
• Please do not wear your shoes in the house. Place them on the shoe rack inside the coat closet.
• If you are the last one to bed, please don't forget to hit the light switch! :) Thank you for helping to save electricity. 😊
• Please be mindful and courteous to the neighbors. Maintaining a positive relationship with them is super important to us. 😊
• Please wash any dishes that you use by loading and starting the dishwasher.
Smoking etiquette
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the property.
• Breaking the no-smoking rules will result in a $100 deduction from your security deposit.
• Please do not burn anything such as candles, incense, etc. future guests may have allergies.
Extending your stay
• Please feel free to send us a message if you wish to extend your stay. If there is vacancy, we would be happy to keep you on as our guests! 😊
Communication
• Don't hesitate to ask if there is anything we can do to make your stay a more comfortable experience.
• The best way to communicate is through the app.
Checkout instructions
• Checkout time is 11am.
• Please load and start the dishwasher.
• Please leave wet towels and washcloths on the bathroom floor.
• Please strip the sheets off the beds.
• Please dispose your trash bags into the dumpster by the entrance upon checkout.
• Double check closets so you don't accidentally leave anything behind! 😊
• Please ensure that the property is locked up upon your departure by holding the # button until you hear the door latch and the red light flash.
