- WiFi service is 300/month if you wanted to extent the stay the service can be extended monthly and can pay at front desk in advance monthly :)
- Water is 250 monthly upfront
- Electric will be billed at the end of the month/upon check out base of the real usages.
- Key deposit is 1,000 in case of the key lost/forget, we need to change the lock for security reason.
