In this gated, privated entry, 4-level villa, entire floor will be dedicated to your use, you will not share anything with other guests. Your unit has a seperate entry. With all its ammenities, it is also suitable for extended stays.
Our property is conveniently located, close to public transportation, public beaches and markets.
-This is a 4-level Villa. We rent each floor seperataly.
The floor which you rent will be for your exclusive use but the garden and the gazebo is for common use like breakfast and dinner time.
-We have a Front & Back yards and a Gazebo which may be reserved for small gatherings with a short notice.
-Reception is available 24/7 .
- Government issued ID check is compulsory, we MUST submit your ID details to the Police database.
-All the shared areas and hallways are under 24/7 surveillance.
-The airport is 11km away, jus 15 min drive (thru a less used road, no traffic jams at any hour) . There is a direct public transportation coming from / going to the airport which has a stop 100m away. The bus line “800” - SARISU
- The many other public tranportation lines are also passing just a block away from us, 100m. Please use Moovit App with starting point as “Barınaklar -9” in Guzeloba to see public transportation routes from our place. You can reach to the city center, Kaleiçi/ Old Town, Lara Public Beaches, Kundu Hotels District by direct bus lines
-The Shopping Malls, TerraCity / Laura / SheMall is just 4-5 stops away by Bus Lines, which are available every 5-10min. There are many lines going thru our Bus Stop to these Malls.
- Lara Public Beaches are just 4-5 Stops away, 10 min Travel at most.
- Many up-scale and moderate Pubs, Cafes, Restaurant are within walking distance; check out Maps taking Düden Waterfall as your reference which is a few hundred meters from us.
-We have the fastest Internet connection available in the area. The advertised speed thru Ethernet is 50mbps but we get thru wi-fi close to the modem. The typical speed inside the rented units varies between mbps. In the garden we have 3-5 mbps.

-If you have fobia for dogs, please beware that we have a very docile and friendly Dog living in the premises, a Golden Retriever. She may be insistent to get a few strokes and pats before letting you go, but other than that she is absolutely, totally harmless.
