The Marina Flat e Náutica resort has a 24-hour concierge and reception, two thermal water pools for adults, three cold water pools for adults and one cold water pool for children. It also has a sauna, gym, games room, wet playground, restaurant and bar. And an exuberant view of Lake Corumbá.
The flat itself is 80m² and has the following characteristics:
* 1 living room equipped with a double sofa bed, table, chairs and TV;
* 1 American kitchen equipped with refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave and kitchen utensils;
* 1 suite with double bed;
* 1 bedroom with two single beds;
* 1 shared bathroom;
* 1 balcony with table and chairs;
* Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout the accommodation;
There is also room service, cleaning, change of bed linen and towels. The resort offers a schooner tour and has its own restaurant (the value of both is not included in the reservation).

HOUSE RULES
1) The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not allowed to make noise in the apartment that could disturb the neighbors. (Law of Silence - 22:00 pm)
2) Do not throw toilet paper/pad/etc. in the toilet;
3) The Lessee undertakes to send a list with full name and identity document of all people who will stay in the apartment during the contracted period, not exceeding the number of people stipulated in the reservation. Persons not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.
4) Separate organic from recyclable waste, disposing them in different garbage bags;
5) It is not allowed to circulate people with inappropriate attire in the hallway and in the building's entrance hall. Use the service entrance and elevator when you are in your swimsuit or luggage, and always wash your feet to remove sand before entering the elevator
6) Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
7) Always turn off the lights and turn off electrical equipment before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, television...). If this item is not met, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.
8) Our check-in is done from 3pm and our check-out before 11am. We cordially offer flexibility on these times in case there are no other guests checking in or out. If you wish to guarantee your early-check-in or late-check-out you may pay 50% of a daily rate to reserve the property for your use;
9) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen with blanket for each bed and 1 set of bath linen (bath) per guest. The hotel offers room service, which includes changing bedding, bathing and cleaning the apartment, which must be requested by contacting reception.
