The house is located on Iggön 25 km north of Gävle with a fantastic sea location. Here you can sit on the terrace and look out over the sea at sunset.
Cozy living room with fireplace, where one of the sofas is a sofa bed for 2 people. From the living room you can enter the large terrace which is facing the sea where you have evening sun. Kitchen with connecting dining room in bay window overlooking the water. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony with a sea view. The other has two single beds. In the bathroom you will find the washing machine and dryer. Down by the water you will find the jetty, which is furnished with a dining area, barbecue, and deckchairs. Here you can sit and sunbathe, take a dip in the sea, and eat a good dinner in the evening sun. If you want to try your luck at fishing, take the boat that is moored next to the jetty. The plot has its own headland out into the water where you can stand and fish. There is also room for a little play and games.
To see and do on Iggön and in the surrounding area
On Iggön there are lovely nature trails in untouched forest and barren sea environment. Rich natural flora and a rich animal life. Sea eagles, sea otters, moose, deer, and lynx are seen from time to time. Within walking distance is a restaurant that is open during the summer. Fine sandy beaches are also within walking distance on the southern side of the island.
In 30 minutes, you reach Gävle where you can go shopping or visit a cozy restaurant. A visit to Furuviksparken, which is full of activities for the children, zoo, water park and much more is recommended.
