Located in Porto Hydra Village, a secured gated community built around a canal network, with private villas settled along a vast sandy beach of the Saronic Gulf in the surroundings of Ermioni (Peloponnese), this renovated villa consists of two floors, and is characterized by a 4,5 x 7,5 meters swimming pool (open from late April to late November), one beautiful and vast shaded balcony with partial sea view, and one shaded terrace next to the swimming pool, surrounded by a garden offering privacy.
Inside, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, and an open kitchen, one bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with toilet, and a separate WC with a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hot plate, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishes, pots, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare your meals.
The shaded groundfloor terrace offers a dining area, and access to the garden and its private swimming pool.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a large double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a shaded terrace with a partial seaview. All bedrooms have many cupboards.
Outside, you find a gated garden, a barbecue and a beautiful shaded terrace,and a 34 m2 private swimming pool, in the center of a garden planted with trees.
Alongside the villa, a pedestrian path leads you to a private gray sand beach, only 240 meters away, with a 180° unlimited view of the deep blue Sea of the Saronic Gulf, Hydra Island and other inhabited islands.
For boat lovers, a private 8 meter dock is available on request to host your boat (boats with skipper are available in Ermioni and Porto Heli, with pickup from the villa). Ignition on and the open sea is two short turns away, with day excursions to the islands of Spetses, Poros, Hydra, Ermioni, exclusive bays and secret beaches.
As with all our villas, this private swimming pool is inspected at regular intervals by a specialized company to ensure the right level of chlorine.Several restaurants are 2 to 3 kilometers away. In Ermioni (11 km away) are many restaurants, supermarkets, weekly fresh markets on Thursdays, ferries to and from Athens and nearby islands, and boat rental services with or without a skipper. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes by car. A wide sandy beach can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €18 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included. If you do not want to clean before departure, we can hire our cleaning company (surcharge: €80).
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
