During your stay, you will have access to various amenities, including the pool. However, we kindly ask that you comply with the health and safety measures in place. Before using the pool, we require guests to shower at the available shower outlet. Please note that drinking or partying by the pool is not permitted, as we are located in a residential area. We kindly request that you respect the tranquility of the surroundings and refrain from making excessive noise.
Please be aware that the use of the pool is at your own liability. We will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur. As there is no lifeguard on duty, swimming is at your own risk. We strongly advise all guests to exercise caution and take appropriate safety measures when using the pool.
Although our pool is a mere 130 cm in depth, for the safety or all, NON SWIMMER's and Children that are under the age of 13 years old are not permitted.

However, on occasion, she may venture downstairs to the pool area. We kindly ask our guests to be aware of her presence and to be mindful when enjoying the shared spaces.
As she is a little shy, your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a peaceful environment for her and all guests is greatly appreciated.

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, use of the pool is only permitted after signing a liability waiver. By signing, guests agree to the following:
*Children under 13 are not allowed in the pool unless supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
*All pool use is at your own risk. The owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur.
*No lifeguard or first aid services are provided. Guests must exercise personal responsibility and caution.
*Cleanliness is essential – please use the outdoor shower before entering the pool.
*Running, alcohol, or drug use is strictly prohibited in the pool area.
*Pool hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. No use is allowed outside these times.
*Local Laws require we maintain a policy of quiet hour for surrounding neighbours between 2pm and 5pm, daily.
Guests who have not signed the Rental Agreement with the POOL WAIVER are not permitted to use the pool under any circumstances.
