Completing the space are 2 full bathrooms and 3 toilets, as well as a functional laundry area with a washing machine. HOUSE RULES
1. The property is in a residential address. Making noise that may disturb the neighbors is not allowed. (Silence Law - 10:00 PM)
2. Do not throw toilet paper/sanitary pads/etc. in the toilet.
3. The renter agrees to send a list with the full name and identification document of all people who will stay in the apartment during the contracted period, without exceeding the number of people stipulated in the reservation. Entry to the building is not allowed for people not included in the provided list.
4. Always turn off the lights and electrical equipment before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, television...). If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct BRL 100.00 per day from the security deposit.
5. Our check-in is from 3:00 PM, and our check-out is before 11:00 AM. We cordially offer flexibility in these times if there are no other guests checking in or out. If you want to guarantee your early check-in or late check-out, you can pay 50% of one night's rate to reserve the property for your use;
6. For each reservation, we provide 1 set of bed linen with a blanket for each bed and 1 set of bath towels per guest. Bed linen and towel exchange services can be hired and paid for separately. Our bed and bath linens are in perfect condition - Let us know if you find any in poor condition so we can make an exchange / Do not use the bath towel at the beach or pool / Be careful with products that can damage them (especially makeup and sunscreen), as they may be deducted from your security deposit.
7. There is no problem with cooking, but please leave everything tidy.
8. We do not provide oil, salt, and spices, as we understand that these are individual food items.
9. All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid delays.
