Parking is available on the driveway only no parking in the garage. Garage is only used for game room.

No unauthorized pets. If booking with pets please clean up after your pets. Pet release area will be on the sides of the property. Please do not use the front yard.

Do not leave the door open. Bugs can come in.
Keep the front door and back doors, including the sliding doors closed. This will help keep the A/C inside, especially in those hot florida summer days. This will prevent the A/C from over working and freezing. If unit freezes, the guest will be responsible for the repair.
Our white towels are supposed to be used in clean bodies, only to dry them.
Any stains that can't come off after washing the towels, sheets, or quilt will be extra charged.
If anything on the property gets damaged during your stay, please contact us right away.
No food or glass inside the pool.
If you would like a heated pool and spa it's and additional $35 per night there is a minimum of 3 days and it will need to be requested prior since it may take a full 24 to 48 hours (depending on the weather) to get it at your desired temperature.
Use of the grill will be an additional $50 cleaning fee and must be requested on time to allow management to go unlock it for you.
Extra charge upon your departure will be added if these rules are not followed.
