We have three separate private suites on the property, and this listing is for one of them. Each suite has its private entrance to ensure your privacy. The front parking area is shared, and there are plenty of parking spots available.
The suite is completely private for you, featuring a private hallway entrance, a private door, a private bathroom with a stand-up shower, a private kitchenette, and a private cozy bedroom—all exclusively for your use.
Guest access
You’ll have a private entrance with your own door. Inside, you’ll have your own kitchenette with a sink for washing dishes, a private bathroom, bedroom, and a small dining table. The entire space is private and just for you.

Parking:
You will have one reserved parking spot in the driveway of the front house. If you need a second spot, street parking is available right in front of the yard. Additionally, there is plenty of street parking nearby if you prefer to park off-street. ALL FREE.
Things Provided:
We provide essentials such as towels, soaps, shampoo, and hand wash. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, kettle, small fridge, and dining sets for your convenience.
Climate Control:
The suite features a heat pump system that provides both heating and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round. The temperature controller is managed by us, and we maintain a comfortable temperature in the house at all times. If you would like to make any adjustments, please let us know!

Enjoy a large window that offers view of the front yard, allowing natural light to fill the space.
Safety features:
Your safety is our priority! The suite includes a large window for emergency escape, a smoke detector, and a first aid kit. An air quality detector is also present, along with a 24-hour security camera installed outside for added security.

NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO VAPING, NO TOBACCO,NO PARTIES, and NO WEAPONS are allowed both inside and outside of the property, including the yards.
We appreciate your understanding that NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests.
