Villa Oliver was completed in the spring of 2020 and is brand new to our collection for the summer season of Located in a remote position in the Faralya area with sweeping natural landscape views villa Oliver is the ideal spot for a honeymoon or romantic private retreat. This is a secluded villa with a pool terrace that is unseen from the outside making this an excellent choice for conservative guests or guests who want to experience privacy on their holiday. The private pool stretches out to the side of the villa and looks out onto vast green mountains with no buildings in sight. At one end of the pool a shallow end has been designed for sunbeds to sit in the water. A shaded terrace for outdoor dining and reclining connects the pool and the ground floor living space.
The interior design of the villa has been inspired by it's natural environment and the use of stone and wood is featured in each room. On the ground floor is a cosy open-plan living room and kitchen with feature fireplace and indoor seating and dining space. Large sliding doors across the length of this living space frame the beautiful green landscapes of this villa's location. The luxury en-suite is situated on the first floor with a high ceiling, private sauna and jacuzzi positioned perfectly to admire the view and a shaded balcony.
The Kirme neighbourhood where villa Oliver is located is in an area of sloping terrain and is 5 km from Faralya village center and 12 km from Ölüdeniz center. Due to it's tranquil position guests who wish to stay at this villa are advised to hire a car. Please note the road conditions are pictured in the last three photographs.

Details: The pool can heated and can be adjusted for an additional fee of 150 Euro per week. The pool heating system takes 3 days to heat up to the desired temperature so we advise guests to request this feature at the time of booking. Guests who make a last minute booking may not be able to use the pool heated for the first few days of their stay due to this 3 day warming up period.
Please note that the pool has now been updated with an opening/closing system to allow the pool to be used 12 months a year. Please see the updated photos.
