Sait Baba is located in the cedar and pine forest named ''Benim Koy'' (My Village) near the village of Palamut, Kalkan.
This stone built property is the perfect family villa at the Benim Koy complex. The villa is built in such a way that there are two apartments, one with two bedrooms and the other with one double bedroom (this can be made into two single beds), ensuring that there is enough room for one party of up to 6 people to share.
You enter through a gate and have 8 steps to take you to the first floor where the 1st apartment is. You will also see the steps - 19, leading up to the second floor apartment.
The villa is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with hob and oven, that is open plan to the lounge/dining area where there are sofas and a dining table plus six chairs. Free Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and TV are there to compliment your stay. There are two bedrooms - 1 x twin room with family bathroom next to it and 1 x double room en-suite in the first floor area.
After having gone up 19 steps and through the gate you are on the top terrace for the second floor apartment, which you enter through a patio door in to the lounge, there is a small kitchenette with an oven and hob, a family bathroom and one double bedroom (this can be made into two single beds), which is en-suite.
Sait Baba has two terraces, one for each apartment, however the terrace on the first floor has its own private pool with screens for privacy so is suitable for our more conservative guests. Both terraces have a covered area with tables and chairs, along with outdoor seating and sun loungers.
In the centre of the Benim Koy complex is a 30-metre kidney shaped communal pool which has a sun terrace along with sun beds and a lovely eating area, which is there for your enjoyment. There is a restaurant - Baran’s Kitchen, on site and also a non-alcoholic bar serving hand-made drinks and a variety of ice creams.
For the little ones, there is a children’s play area and a little wooden house for them to play in.
Free private parking is available, there are air-con units in all the rooms and free Wi-Fi is available.
There is a £40 charge for guests arriving after 8pm, unless they are being collected by our airport transfer service, this to be paid in advance of arrival at the property.

Kalkan - with its wonderful shops and plentiful restaurants, some with roof terraces and some that are tucked away in the side streets. Bookings for restaurants is essential if you want that particular restaurant on that particular night, especially in July, August and September.
The Beach and Harbour where boat trips regularly leave for both daytime and sunset cruises, advanced booking is essential especially during the months of July, August and September.
There are numerous Beach Clubs, the majority with boats that will take you from the harbour to their club, some with water sports, and some with a swimming pool, we even have a beach club that has film nights and yoga sessions for your enjoyment.
