Welcome to our fantastic studio apartment, perfectly located right next to the wonderful West Austin Park that has a refreshing pool, in the über popular Clarksville neighborhood of Austin, TX! This cozy and stylish studio can comfortably accommodate up to four guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or friends.

Inside, you'll find a cozy space featuring a comfortable queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Whether you're traveling with your family or a group of friends, everyone will have a comfortable place to rest. The studio also boasts a living room area with a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The large dining table provides an excellent spot for remote work or enjoying a delicious meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. You'll have all the necessary supplies, including a toaster oven, microwave, and coffee maker, to make your stay even more convenient.
For your convenience, there is a closet to store your belongings, and a full bathroom with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Just steps away from the studio, West Austin Park offers a range of recreational activities, such as an off-leash dog park, a refreshing swimming pool (available from June to August), tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground, and picnic areas. We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $200 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This is a garage apartment, the backhouse. Like many other houses in this neighborhood and on this street, there are multiple homes like this where families permanently reside. There is someone living in the home in front that has sole access to the backyard. Please be respectful of their living space and any pets out there. Be sure to close the gate with every entry and exit.

We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
Backyard is off limits.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties. Additional day guests are $40/person/day
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
