If your looking for privacy and a time to unwind, in Acapulco, this is the place for you.
You may choose a private room, a shared room, or the master suite which is very large, adjacent to this room is a smaller room with two twin beds. Each twin bed sleeps one person.

The house is located in Historic Acapulco. This was the guest house for Ramon Beteta my Grandfather, who was the former Minister of Finance of Mexico under president Miguel Aleman in 1946, and ambassador to Italy and Greece. This Villa was built during the early years of Acapulco's development. It is one of the best known Villas in Acapulco.
We have a staff of 2 people (Juan - House Manager, Santiago - Activities and Bartender) Our wonderful crew will make sure all your reasonable needs are met and that your vacation is amazing.
For transport it is best to do so in Taxi cabs. The house manager Juan, can recommend this and other means of transportation.
Although most of the time can be spent in the house, we can also recommend local restaurants, as well as other outings.

Please be conscious of electricity, if your not in a room please turn off the lights.
After 2 A.M. Please be courteous to our neighbors regarding, noise, singing, etc...
I am so sorry to say but we no longer allow dogs. We have had problems with past guests not cleaning after them, and getting hair in the pool and on all the furniture. I tried, but other guests felt it not important to respect my wishes.
No outside guests, Only booked guests are allowed on the property.
No glass around the swimming pool area, ever. If you break a glass becuae you failed to follow this rule, you will be charged $200 to drain the pool, have it cleaned and refill the pool. This takes 2 days to do, so please no glass. ;o) thank you.
No swimming in the ocean at night, the very big fish come out at night, and the sea urchins in droves.
Staff should be treatd with respect and courtasy at all times. They are there to make your stay enjoyable.
Lastly, please close and lock the kitchen doors at sunset. Otherwise uninvited guests such as raccoons will come in and eat everything and make a huge mess. I know, I have forgotten to do this myself, and it was a nightmare, how much of a mess they could do in such a short period of time. ;o)
