This condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
Master Bedroom 1 + Bath: This room boasts a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress against the original brick walls. Aromatherapy is provided for a restful night’s sleep. There’s a large closet with pool towels on the top shelf and a 32" ROKU TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, a double sink area, and a toilet.
Bedroom 2: This room features a king-size bed centered in the space. Aromatherapy is provided here as well, along with a 30" ROKU TV.
Bathrooms: Each guest receives 1 Turkish cotton shower towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 black face towel. For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels are provided. A hairdryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also available for your convenience.
Living Room: Cozy and luxurious, our stylish living room space features a 43" ROKU TV where you can log into major TV apps using your personal credentials.
Work Space: A work desk setup in the living room includes multiple charger plugs and high-speed WiFi.
Kitchen & Dining: The dining room table seats 6 and is located outside of the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking and dining, along with basic ingredients like salt, pepper, and olive oil. A dishwasher is available for your convenience. Coffee is provided for you to make using a single K-cup, a pot, or a French press.
Pool & Hot Tub: You'll have access to the condo’s shared pool from 7 AM to 10 PM. Children 16 and under should be supervised.
Washer/Dryer: Available for use at any point during your stay. Detergent and other cleaning materials are provided.
You will have access to everything in the home. There will be one locked closet and we ask you leave it this way. Thank you!
We are available to guests via Airbnb messenger. Our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For urgent emergencies, use the phone number in the guest manual.
The neighborhood is the first one we ever moved to in Arizona and we're in love with it. It's right off the Arizona Canal where you can wake up and run, walk, or bike on it. Walking distance to restaurants, and drug stores, and just a 2-minute drive to grocery stores and tons more restaurants.

We have one designated covered parking space for guests. For any additional cars, they can be parked in any unmarked spot.
Our complex is quiet with many full-time residents. We ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.
There are cameras in the front outside of the condo.
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate entire date alteration requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.
