This two bedroom villa is located away from the noisy tourist spots in a small fishing village where you can feel that the beach and the ocean are yours alone.
However, if you wish, you can visit many natural and historical attractions that are nearby and are unique.
3-5 members of the staff will provide your rest. Including cooking.
The villa consists of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and an open veranda. Both bedrooms have two entrances, one from the kitchen and the other from the veranda.
In the first bedroom, in addition to a double bed, there is also a single bed, on which one or two children can sleep, depending on their age.
In the second bedroom, in addition to a double bed, there is a bunk bed on which two children of any age can comfortably sleep.
There is also have a baby cot available upon request.
Outside there is a playground, a rain shower and a small Ambalama building that has comfortable sofas for outdoor recreation and where you also can dine.
The villa is located in a fenced private area of 4 acres. You will feel like you are in a nature reserve with a crazy ocean view.
Many beautiful birds, butterflies and other animals, such as monitor lizards and even hares, can be observed from the comfort of the sofa on the veranda or in Ambalama during the day.

1. Staff.
The cost of your stay includes the work of the staff who will prepare the villa for your arrival, provide round-the-clock security of the territory, will clean the beach and premises daily, and, depending on the duration of your stay, will wash and replace the accessories that we will provide you (towels, bed linen, etc.), as well as help with a variety of other issues.
2. Meal.
Depending on your wishes, the staff can fully provide you with food during your stay: buy groceries, cook, set and clear the table.
Various options are also possible when you buy products yourself, and the staff cooks, or when he helps you cook, or simply cleans and washes everything after you.
The work of the staff within their working hours is included in the cost of your accommodation, the costs associated with the purchase of products and transport are your additional expenses that you will need to compensate, because everyone's taste and appetite is different. 3. We honestly want to draw your attention to 2 nuances that we want to warn you about in advance and which you may need to think about before booking our villa, although they may turn out to be a trifle for you if you share our views:
3.1. The villa does not have air conditioning.
It was a conscious decision made by lovers of nature and fresh air. The windows are open during the entire stay in the villa, including at night. All windows have mosquito nets that protect the interior from insects.
The air temperature at night from November to March is quite comfortable, guests even use blankets at night.
However, from the second half of April, it is quite hot even at night and this can be uncomfortable for those who do not tolerate heat well or prefer air-conditioned air.
However, there are ceiling fans and mobile floor fans that generally save the day.
3.2. Locals fish on the beach with long nets and tractors that pull these nets from the sea.
If you come to the villa for a few weeks, then I'm sure you will have several days in a row when the beach is completely yours and you will not meet anyone there. However, for some local residents, fishing is the only source of income or even food, so for them the local beach and the sea is a place of work. Sometimes they will pull nets on the beach in front of the villa, sometimes they will pass by pulling these nets, and you need to be ready to accept such a neighborhood.
In any case, this does not happen throughout the day and local fishermen behave as friendly and accurate as possible, so if you treat their work with understanding, then you will not experience any discomfort.
The villa is located in the small fishing village of Palli Wasalpaduwa, which is surrounded by similar small villages. This is a secluded authentic place where there are no tourists and tourist infrastructure.
In the villages there are small shops with a minimum set of essentials. There are local beer bars a few kilometers away. A 10 minute drive away is the district center of Kottantivu, where the trade is a little better, but we recommend the town of Madurankuli located on the other side, which is a 20-minute drive away. This town is bigger, it is located on the main highway and there are all the necessary products and services, including the way there. There is also a fresh seafood shop that is open every day. On Sunday, Madurankuli has a rather large and varied market.
A 40-minute drive away is the large city of Puttalam, where there is a small market open every day, and on Sunday a very large one. There are several large supermarkets in the city, Keells is very good.

2. You can rent a car or van and operate in person, in whole or in part.
If necessary, I will recommend you a good car rental company, which is located near the airport, will meet you, drive you to the rental office, and after a short paperwork, you will go on your own.
This company may not have the freshest cars, but they are always in excellent technical condition and the price is like for locals.

1. Accommodation in the villa includes accommodation for up to 4 adults and up to 4 children. No more than 8 people.
2. When placing up to 2 people, access to one of the two bedrooms is provided, the second bedroom is not used by guests and is not prepared for use and living.
3. When placing more than 2 people, the cost of accommodation increases depending on the number of people.
4. Children up to and including 5 years old can stay free of charge when using their parents' bed. One child per bedroom, up to two children per booking.
In this case, do not indicate the children when booking so as not to overpay, but be sure to report this in a message after booking.
