This lower-level retreat is just a short walking distance from the White River, one of the last free-flowing rivers in Vermont, which also is a great destination for those interested in cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, swimming, paddling, fishing, and wildlife viewing. Surrounded by Vermont National Forest, you’ll love being within 30 miles of Killington, Sugarbush, and Mad River Glen Ski Areas and 10 miles to Middlebury College Snow Bowl. Also, there are a lot of mountain bike trails in the area.
This mountain-view home boasts a firepit where you can gather for some storytelling, a hammock, and two canoes that you can use during your stay.
