As a Host, our aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable stay as you possibly can. We want to create lasting memories during your stay in our house. But to do so, we would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. We know, we know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests with a great experience.
•Only confirmed registered guests are permitted in our Airbnb. No EXTRA GUESTS or VISITORS after booking, no parties this is for your and our safety.
•No smoking/vape/e-cigarettes/shisha or candles inside the house.
•Damages - The security deposit is in place for common damages. Please alert us of any damages. We will take a deposit of 300$ cash or e transfer at the check-in. It will be returned after verifying the house by E-transfer
You do not have to wait for the deposit inside the house! It will be returned after few hours after your check-out.
Only the person making the reservation will be given the keys and is responsible for all other guests. The person who booked must be present at check-in with a valid I.D before any other guests.
•LADIES PLEASE WASH YOUR MAKEUP BEFORE USING THE WHITE TOWELS!
•DO NOT SLEEP ON THE WHITE PILLOWS AND WHITE SHEETS WITH MAKEUP ON..
•IF YOU DYED YOUR HAIR DO NOT USE THE WHITE TOWELS IT WILL BE VERY DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE STAIN!
•Please be kind to our septic tank do not flush anything other than toilet paper!
•Our Airbnb is located in the beautiful countryside please keep all the windows closed at night and do not turn on all the lights to attract the bugs and mosquitoes.
•We like to keep our walls and ceiling clean please do not kill any insects on the walls or ceilings.
•Noise: As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 9pm
•Kitchen: Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply cooking pots, as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook.
•Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils after using them.Please do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher! Dishwasher has to be emptied before check-out!
•NO HOT DISHES OR CUPS ON THE QUARTZ COUNTERTOPS. THIS CAN DAMAGE THE COUNTER PERMANENTLY.
•Guests must be those listed on Airbnb reservations. The individual making the reservation MUST be staying in the Airbnb. You may NOT book for another person.
•No shoes within the house.
•LIGHTS and AC/HEATING TO BE TURNED OFF WHEN AWAY.
•No smoking, No pets.
•There is a lost key fee (25$)
•BBQ: The BBQ is there for your use and recreational enjoyment, as with all appliances and amenities, you will find it clean on your arrival, with the understanding, it will be left clean after use.
•Propane tank available for rent for 25$ per stay
•Bring your own Charcoal for bbq! (may be sold onsite if in stock!)
•No pets No EXTRA ADULT or children, as visitors. NO parties or events, no illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour. Authorities and Airbnb will be contacted for your removal.
•Special requests like a crib and high chair will be 25$ for each per stay
• Do not leave any food out that will attract pets. We like to be pet-free and intend to stay that way with your help.
•Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises . By making this reservation, it is agreed that all guests associated with the reservation are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events
•Smoking -Smoking is prohibited inside the house. A $500 smoke-damage cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the house. There will also be an automatic loss of security deposit.
•Take out trash when leaving.
•No removal of duvet or pillow covers
•No redesigning of furniture please put everything back where it belongs.
• Additional fees from $40 to $250 will apply for excessive dirt from shoes, spills, or staining of carpet, sheets, towels so please refrain from letting small children consume juices or drinks with dyes outside of kitchen and dining area.
• No food in the bedrooms or the second floor.
• extra cleaning fee of 10$ if the kayaks aren't placed upside down and returned dirty
