Please be sure to look at our House Rules which includes signing the required municipal agreement for stay to gain access. This includes basic rules like occupancy, trash, noise parking etc. as required by our local government.
Events, photography or special items may require additional fees and agreements with insurance requirements

We have a municipal agreement which will be shared within the month of stay. Agreement includes no damage, unauthorized parties, occupancy, trash, parking policies.
