Two furnished porches with rocking chairs, an outdoor dining set, and the sound of the surf will set your clock to Island Time. A central TV den and fully equipped kitchen are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms and a full bath can be found on both floors. All bedrooms come with a ceiling fan and TV, and the top floor bedrooms feature peek-a-boo ocean views. The Byrd House promises salty air, barefoot mornings, sunset strolls, and a laid-back vibe for memories that will last a lifetime.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.
LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial-week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours and must be leashed.
LITCHFIELD BEACH: Walkable with a laidback vibe, this community offers residents and visitors easy access to miles of pristine beach as well as creek access via a small public boat launch.
