Located near the beautiful beach of Agia Paraskevi (200 metres), within short walking distance of numerous restaurants, tavernas, hotels and stores, Serenity Luxury Villa welcomes its visitors with its impressing interior and exterior spaces.
House Description
Serenity Villa is a spacious two storey, 5 bedroom house, with very large and updated living room, dining room and kitchen. The guests enter through a front yard with beautiful flowers or the private garage with separate doors leading up to the main entrance.
The ground floor consists of a huge living room with cozy sofa, armchairs and ottomans so the guests can relax, watch TV(satellite TV available), read one of the many multi language books in the bookcase, enjoy the fireplace or the view to the private garden. The villa is fully heated with central heating and cooled with air-conditioning. There is an office corner for those who need to stay I touch with the reality with a printer/scanner and wi-fi connection to internet which covers all the building.
The dining area leads up the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas burner stove (with wok burner) , high quality built in oven, full size dish washer, refrigerator with freezer and all the small appliances that will make the guests feel at home (electric kettle, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, toaster, grilled sandwich maker, electric indoor grill, electric mixer, electric chopper, electric ice-cream maker) and everything one needs to prepare and cook a meal (salad bowls , mixing bowls, kitchen tools, full set of Chef’s knives, different size pots and pans, grill pan, fondue set, wok pan, three different size pressure cookers, cutlery, plates and fancy plates, glasses, wine and champagne glasses , cups and table cloths).
Three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and tv.
The villa is cleaned daily and the bedrooms and bathrooms are dressed with high quality pure cotton linen.
Bedroom 1 is equipped with King Size double bed and a sleeping sofa and has ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 is equipped with a single bed ( which opens up into double upon request)
The bathrooms are next to the bedrooms and one of them is equipped with washing machine and drier.
The last two bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom 4 is equipped with king size double bed and Bedroom 5 has two singe beds. They share a bathroom with original Jacuzzi bathtub.
The villa accomodates 9 adults but more guests can sleep upon request. (Sofa beds are available.)
The garden is the true gem of the villa. Secluded and designed to provide relaxation and privacy. Daybeds and recliners are placed around the pool. The pool has a new cover which closes up and provides safety for our younger guests. There is an outdoor dining area and a spacious sitting area to enjoy the beautiful Skiathos’s weather. For those who enjoy exercising there is a special kiosk especially designed for yoga. A children’ tree house is situated in the garden so that our little guests have a memorable vacation too.
The villa is child friendly. There is a variety of equipment which can be provided upon request. Baby cots, single and double strollers, baby baths, toys, baby safety barriers and baby phone.
