The area includes a covered back porch with al fresco dining for up to six, a brand-new optionally heated* pool with sun deck and in pool seating, a premium built-in gas grill, a drinks fridge, an ice maker, a turfed area with corn hole and other outdoor games, and a covered lanai with a space heater and a huge 85" TV.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, a large kitchen island, and a breakfast bar, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining.
Prime Location: Enjoy the best of both worlds - the privacy of a wooded private community, while also being less than a mile to the beach and minutes from the vibrant dining and shopping of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and 30Avenue.
