One bedroom offers a queen bed along with a single bed, and another is equipped with two bunk beds, making it ideal for kids or larger groups.

There are no cameras inside any of the units. • House Rule Violations: May result in cancellation of the reservation, no refunds, and loss of any deposit. • Pest Control: Pest control service is scheduled monthly. While rare, you may occasionally see outdoor insects such as ants, spiders, or beetles inside due to the garden areas. These are harmless, and we’ll gladly assist if needed. • Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available. There is no cable TV service. • No Drugs or Illegal Substances: The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to authorities. A $500 cleaning fee will apply if evidence of drug use is found.
