Relaxing in the sun, in the garden with the boat and a swimming pool in front of the door, that's what you do in this beautiful detached holiday home in a prime location in Villapark de Herne. This house is ideal for families and those seeking peace and quiet. Unfortunately, we do not receive groups of young people in this accommodation. The waterfront garden (216m2, 13.5m wide x 16m deep) faces southeast, contains a cozy (4-person) sitting area by the water and has a private jetty with swimming pool stairs. It is wonderful to dine on the terrace at the spacious garden table with space for 8 people. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms with space for 8 people. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor. By means of an extension, a spacious bedroom has been created with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has a box-spring double bed (180x200cm) and is fully furnished with bedside tables, bedside lamps and a spacious closet to store clothes. The adjoining bathroom (7.5m2) is equipped with a washbasin with double tap, walk-in shower with rain shower, an extra toilet and a design radiator. Through the living room you reach the stairs to the first floor through a door, where you will also find the toilet. On the first floor you will find another 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with a double box spring, each with two bedside tables, bedside lamps and a wardrobe. One of the bedrooms on the first floor even has a nice desk so that you can work peacefully in this holiday home and combine this with a holiday. The second bathroom (6m2) with a spacious corner bath, washbasin and separate shower cubicle also contains an extra toilet. Via the open staircase you reach the third bedroom in the attic of the house, again with a double box spring, bedside tables and bed lighting, it is wonderful to sleep here under the pointed roof and the special round window provides a unique view of the Sneekermeer. If you are traveling with small children up to and including 2 years old, a separate camp bed and a high chair are available for this. You can park in the driveway of the house, there is room for 2 cars here, but there are also plenty of options to park more cars in front of the house. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay in this holiday home. This beautiful bright house with three floors, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, complete inventory, extra facilities and the spacious plot with large garden can be called very spacious and complete. When will you dock? Thanks to the open sailing connection with the Sneekermeer, you can immediately enjoy water sports in the most beautiful water sports area in Friesland. If you don't have any water sports equipment yourself, you can rent everything at the Sneekermeer to have fun in and around the water. In addition to Sneek, large cities such as Leeuwarden, Heerenveen and Joure are also a short distance away. These places guarantee cultural entertainment, but are also great for shopping in one of the special boutiques or a cozy lunch or dinner in one of the many restaurants.
