The conservatory allows light to flood into the kitchen and breakfast area which flows through to the spacious living/dining room.
Located in Polruan, there are fantastic walks on the doorstep with the southwest coast path easily accessible and the Polruan Ferry is a great way to visit the nearby town of Fowey.

The ferry weaves in and out of boats of all shapes and sizes, making for a delightful experience.
