Central to world class wineries, golf courses, beautiful Mornington Peninsula beaches, and other family attractions, this is five bedroom, three bathroom, three living zone home with pool, wood fired pizza oven and rumpus room is prefect for an extended family holiday.
This expansive sandstone home sprawls over two levels ensuring there is space for everyone. Upon entering through the light and bright entrance, the modern, bright interior hints at the overall quality of this sandstone home. Through double french doors you enter into the open plan kitchen living and dining zone.
A well equipped chef kitchen complete with island bench, butlers pantry with second fridge, cooktop, oven, microwave and every appliance and baking accessory so you can create fabulous meals of your family. Sit at the enormous island bench for breakfast, or the set the dining table for long, sumptuous dinners. If alfresco dining is preferred, the outdoor table is perfect for BBQ dinners, wood fired pizza nights, or simply for a wine and cheese plate whilst watching the kids in the delightfully warm solar pool that comfortably sits at 30 degrees.
The kitchen and outdoor alfresco area is the perfect vantage point to keep watch on all the pool action, and the shaded lounges are ideal for reading a book, or an afternoon nap. The manicured garden has beautiful little walkways, perfect to make fairy gardens, or simply to connect with nature.
Off the dining room are two living areas, a comfy lounge with TV, and the games room complete with pool table, wood fire heater, digital duke box and karaoke machine. The 2nd bedroom is off here, as is the laundry and full bathroom complete with shower, toilet and vanity.
Upstairs is the third living zone with occasional chairs and table, TV and plenty of space for adults and kids to spread out. Down one end of along hallways are three additional bedrooms and another main bathrooms, whilst down the other wing is the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The upstairs lounge also opens to to two balconies – one overlooking the pool and one overlooking the front paddocks.
*This is a working farm which means the property is surrounded by livestock including sheep, horses and goats. Holiday rental use is for the house and immediate surrounds so please don’t enter into any of the paddocks or the sheds at the rear of the property.
*There are two internal spa baths -one in the master ensuite and one in the main bathroom. The hot water is stored, not instant hot water, therefore if If you fill the baths with hot water, you will run out. We also suggest you don't shower one after the other but wait a little, so no-one has a cold shower.
