The Sea Ranch is a world-renowned primary and secondary home community along a ten-mile stretch of California's most breathtaking, beautiful coastline, about 100 miles north of San Francisco. The Sea Ranch comprises approximately 12 square miles of land and has about 1800 homes.
The Sea Ranch is particularly famous for its strict architectural requirements, following the motto 'building light on the land.' Bella Vista shares the ocean view lot line with Sea Ranch commons land, which provides for unobstructed expansive ocean views and privacy.
