'Spiti Fanaris' is a perfect location choice, set on the beautiful Peloponnesian coast. The house is architecturally designed in a modern style with greek elements. The main design characteristic is to create spaces that dissolve the border between the inside and the outside. Every room features large sliding glass panes that open up on to a variety of terraces, enabling a spectacular view. Set below the house is a luxurious pool complex and as such this property is an ideal location for an extended holiday with your family and a great place to invite friends to join you.
The property is situated on a sparsely populated peninsula with many secluded little bays, approx. 1.5 km from the centre of Porto Heli. Located on the top of a hill, the property offers spectacular views over the harbour entrance, the island of Sepses as well as the Peloponnese coastline and mountains which stretch all the way down to Sparta. Drawing on traditional Greek architecture, the house was designed to reflect both the traditional style whilst incorporating a modern look and feel.
The house on offer is one of two houses which make up the property, set on the terraces above the luxurious swimming pool area. Renting options include either House 1 only for up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms, or both houses for up to 14 people in 7 double bedrooms. Please ask us if you would like to rent both houses, as the rental fee shown here applies only to one house.
The location of the property allows you to indulge in whatever takes your fancy- be it going out to wine and dine or explore the historic sites in the vicinity as well as spending some relaxing and quiet time with your favourite book at the pool.

It has a spacious open plan living/dining and fully fitted kitchen, surrounded by numerous terraces allowing a flowing movement between the inside and the outside. The house is laid out over two levels built into the hillside. It is fully equipped and offers air conditioning in every bedroom. There is a caretaker couple who live on the property at all times. The spacious pool area offers extensive space for deckchairs and sun loungers and features a changing area, an outside shower and a fully functioning bar.

The town itself has a population of approximately 1000 inhabitants, although this number greatly increases during the busy summer months. During recent years, the opening of several high end hotels in the vicinity has led to an increased interest in the area.
The town itself provides all necessary commodities as well as a range of beautiful restaurants. There are many possibilities for excursions to historic sites like Mykeke, Naflion, Corinth and Epidaurus, which features the well known amphitheater. Also, the beautiful islands of Spetses and Hydra are accessible by boat rides.

Résumé: This is a very comfortable and stylish house with a stunning view in the best part of Porto heli. It's located in the middle of nature. The pool is very large and extremely pleasant. Possibility to walk to wild beaches in 15 minutes. We also loved the services we got from angelos, the house manager who helped us with everything he could (cook at our arrival, babysitter, health services when our son got sick). We always had everything we need, and more. The house cleaning was done twice during the week which was highly appreciated as we were traveling with 3 kids under 4 years old. The house was perfect for.2 families, and for larger groups the entire property could be rented. Everything was done during our stay to make it personal and delightful, it's rare.
