The cosy romantic style of the furnishings is in perfect harmony with the villa itself. From the entrance and the parking area 6 steps lead to the entrance of the villa and the flat . As soon as you enter, you will find a small dressing room cloakroom to the right a beautiful bathroom with shower and from there you have access to the spacious living / sleeping area . The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences and has an island with 3 places to eat . In the living room there is a beautiful bow window ( 3 windows placed in a panoramic way ) where there is a sofa , an armchair , a coffee table , a big Smart Tv and a wardrobe . For sleeping, the bridge bed, equipped with a 17-cm-high memory mattress (very comfortable, 200 cm x 160 cm), can be easily and lightly pulled out from behind the sofa. The armchair extends to an armchair bed with a flat area of 180 x 80 cm . From the living room you have access to the large terrace with a view of the lake and the gardens, where you can relax away from the noise of the city . The terrace has a large parasol, dining table, small table and armchair for relaxing and a large gas barbecue. In front of the entrance and of the villa there is a very convenient reserved parking space.
