The thoughtfully designed home is steeped in cool coastal colors, and built around a central patio, connecting the main living area and private primary suite wing. Beneath a bistro lit pergola, this central patio is a hub for outdoor gatherings and lingering under the stars after hours. Chaise lounges and a built-in barbecue with granite counters enhance the alfresco experience. Set up a taco bar, a cocktail station, or grill up prime steaks from Lazy Acres, where locals flock for gourmet finds, a great deli and bakery (try their cakes!), and curated sundries.
