Stylishly decorated , cozy loft apartment on the border of East Moline and Silvis near the Rust belt and John Deere Harvester.
Come relax and enjoy the modern, tropical ambiance within our Airbnb. A bed and sofabed offer enough sleeping space enough for four guests, who may enjoy hot tea and coffee with all the fixings in the AM, as well as complimentary snackbars.
Our space is conveniently located near Illinois 5 West.
The Space:
This building had an old charm about it, and we hope guests enjoy the space that had been given a little modern flair.
It's the perfect place to crash after a concert at the Rust Belt!
The bed and futon will sleep up to four, however a request can be made for extra guests for an additional charge, who may not mind floor-sleeping arrangements. We can provide additional blankets and pillows if notified ahead of time.
Pots, pans and kitchenware is available for cooking, dining and drinking.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to open parking space that is available on the street in front of the apartment.
Guests have access to anything within the apartment itself. All other doors within the building are of limits / for other tenants.
There is a coin-operated washer in dryer shared by tenants on the lower level at the back of the building. It can be accessed with your key.

Uber, Lyft and taxi are available in the area.

LONG TERM GUESTS - Please save the Emergency Property Maintenance number in your phone in the event of an issue after-hours: five six three, eight eight eight fifteen seventeen.
The staircase is a little steep, so please be careful especially when walking down the stairs upon leaving the apartment. Use the handrail! :)
