The space
Please note that this unit is an independent suite with private amenities. However, there is a second Airbnb guest suite in the house that you will be sharing the property with. The house is divided into two, separating you from the other part of the house, but you may hear the other guests occupying the floor above and the adjoining walls to your unit. The only shared amenity on the property is the backyard. Everything else pictured is private.
Bathroom offers a single person whirlpool jacuzzi. To give you a spa-like feel, we have for your relaxing experience essential oils, candles, bath salt, and foaming bubbles. Note: this is a single person whirlpool jetted bathtub, not a multiple person hot tub. Please only use during reasonable hours (9am->9pm) since the jets can be loud and disturb the neighboring guest suite in the building.
The property is a single-family house with a split floor plan. A locked door divides the house into two suites, and the other suite is occupied by other Airbnb guests. Please be mindful and respectful of their presence.

The space is private for your usage, with the exception of the backyard. The backyard is a shared amenity with other Airbnb guests, which may include other guests' dogs. If you would like to use the backyard, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate with the other guests to ensure privacy for both parties. The backyard is primarily designated for the other guest suite on the property.

Keep an eye out for deer driving to and from the Airbnb/around the neighborhood. Because Dupont is a nature-haven, many deer frequent the area, so be careful driving.
