When you first walk into the Suite Starry Night, you are welcomed into a unique ambience created by star lights, accent walls, and tasteful décor.
The living room is where you'll find the cozy, versatile sofa to gather with friends and family around the fire, or to watch your favorite streaming apps on the smart 55-inch Samsung TV with connected premium Sonos soundbar. This large sectional provides enough room for an additional guest to sleep, if needed. The room is made complete with a custom drink bar, and wall of vinyl records waiting to be played on the HiFi turntable (which is also compatible with Bluetooth-enabled devices for those who prefer to stream music).
Just off the living room is the dining area that can accommodate up to 6 guests at the table. Take a look at the beautiful star-shaped pendant and you can see where this home gets its name.
Next to the dining area is the kitchen which is fully stocked with the essentials to make home-cooked meals when not enjoying the neighborhood's many iconic restaurants. If a good cup of coffee is how you like to start the day, we have you covered with a Cuisinart Brew Central 14-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker that is sure to do the trick! We have Folgers brand coffee on hand, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. The new Samsung refrigerator comes with an autofill filtered water pitcher, and makes two types of ice cubes.
Between the kitchen and garage exit is the utility closet where you can tackle your laundry with our new, oversized Maytag washer and dryer set. Laundry detergent is available for use, as well as an iron and ironing board to keep you looking sharp for any occasion.
Each of the three bedrooms has a smart 43-inch Samsung TV and is customized for maximum comfort and relaxation. One bedroom has a king-sized bed while the other two have queens. There are spare throws and other blankets in the house if you tend to sleep a little on the cool side. Next to each bed are nightstands equipped with lamps and power outlets to conveniently charge your devices. There are blinds on all the windows to block the sun for all our late sleepers. The closets provide enough space to store your luggage and have hangers for your clothes.
Two of the three bedrooms are attached to private bathrooms while the third bedroom is slightly detached from the third bathroom as it serves as the primary, general-use bathroom for the house. Each bathroom comes equipped with new hair dryers, towels, and washcloths (please opt to use the black washcloths for makeup removal). Don't worry about forgetting your shampoo and body wash at home, as each shower is fully stocked in convenient wall-mounted dispensers.
Enjoy the famously beautiful West Texas evenings in comfort in the enclosed and covered seating area on the back patio where you will find yet another smart 43” Samsung TV. The propane grill is located here and just what you need to get the job done!
Finally, the ability to park three vehicles in the garage is HUGE at this property! It is roomy enough for most vehicles to fit safely inside, and entry from the alley is a cinch when you use the touchpad located on the outside of the garage door.
Pets are NOT allowed at this property, and no exceptions will be made to accommodate your furry friends. Please make other arrangements as needed. Guests that violate this rule will be subject to a $100 penalty plus any additional damages or cleaning.

This property is a 15 minute / 0.7 mile walk to Jones ATT Stadium. Save time and money by leaving your cars parked in the garage and walking alongside the others who were lucky enough to find street parking this close to the campus! That also means Atomic Pizza, Chimy’s, Spanky’s, and BarPM are right around the corner as well.
All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the owner's master suite and bath any locked cleaning closets.

Campus Cove is located in the North Overton neighborhood just east of Texas Tech University. You can walk to campus and the stadium in less than 8-10 minutes. If you prefer other transportation, you can usually Uber to the campus, Broadway, or downtown areas for around $5. The house is half a mile east of University (a major street), which makes the area very safe. This property is very centrally located! TTU campus and stadium can be accessed by simply heading west towards University. The house is located directly off University and makes travel very convenient. The house is very close to Broadway and downtown for live music, drinks, or dinner.
Guests can access the loop by heading south on University. Other than Uber, options for ground transportation in Lubbock are poor, and although the neighborhood is convenient to the University and downtown, a car is still recommended.

When parking in the street, please make sure that you are parked in the right direction at this property as the parking police come around often and will ticket you.
