This private one-level home is in a gated community with an open floor plan and has beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and the Nicklaus golf course. The view is spacious and lovely from the patio, the pool and hot tub, as well from inside the home though expansive floor to ceiling windows.
The spacious living room features a fireplace and plenty of open seating, sliding doors onto the patio, and stunning views of the pool, golf course and surrounding desert landscape. A wet bar is centrally located in the house, and off the spacious entry into the main house a roomy half bath is located.
The TV room has comfortable seating, sliding doors open to the patio and also views of the pool and golf course. This room has a Sony Smart TV with and Netflix. High-speed wireless internet is also available.
The dining area is located in the open flow of the floor plan near the kitchen, with a table that seats six. The kitchen consists of modern KitchenAid appliances….a large refrigerator, microwave, two ovens with convection option, a five gas burner stove top, and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for cooking, serving, drinking, entertaining, and dining. There are spacious granite countertops and comfortable bar seating for four, as well as a separate bistro table with seating for two. The kitchen opens onto the courtyard.
The master bedroom is located in the main house and looks out onto the pool and surrounding golf course and palm trees. Sliding doors open onto the pool and patio. There is a king-size bed, comfortable seating area, fireplace and TV. The view is outstanding. The master bath is spacious with double sinks, a separate vanity, jacuzzi tub, huge double shower and a walk-in closet.
Attached to the main house with private entrances off the courtyard then into the main house are two full suite casitas, comfortably furnished and roomy. The location offers privacy and a feeling of tranquility. Each casita has a king-size bed, a full bath which includes a shower, toilet, single sink with generous counter space, and a large closet.
Outdoor features include a heated pool and spa along with plenty of lounge chairs and a patio table with six chairs, built-in fireplace and a gas barbecue.
