A beautiful villa, located in Seghers in Estepona on the Costa del Sol in the south of Spain, tastefully decorated, comfortable and with modern facilities with views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Rock of Gibraltar.
This villa is located in Seghers, the residential area of Estepona where mainly villas are found.
It is surrounded by well-kept tropical gardens with plenty of space for relaxation, making it the perfect place for a holiday on the Costa del Sol in the south of Spain.
This beautiful villa, which has the peculiarity of having a separate flat, is prepared to accommodate up to 10 people and is located 800 metres from Cristo beach and the marina of Estepona. The marina is home to many bars and restaurants as well as a large market on Sunday mornings.
Villa Pichu is a superb property in the purest Mediterranean style, it has the particularity of being on different levels, the living room with high ceilings maintains the freshness of the property the numerous windows give a lot of light to the property.
In the living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a fireplace, we find a TV with DVD player and a wide selection of Spanish and international channels and a music system connected to internal and external speakers on the main terrace.
The kitchen is modern and has the best equipment: vitroceramic, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
The main house has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom is spacious and air-conditioned with a double bed (160 cm), a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower and double washbasins, the terrace and the garden/pool have direct access from this room.
The second and third bedrooms are equipped with double beds and share a bathroom with bathtub. The toilet is located in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom.
Adjacent to the villa we have a flat with a separate entrance which can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a bedroom and a space for two single beds. There is a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Air conditioning and heating in the main house while the flat, which is cooler, is equipped with fans.
On the kitchen level we have a superb shaded terrace with outdoor kitchen, fridge, bar, sink and large gas barbecue, as well as a fabulous pizza oven. There is a large table for 6 people and a smaller table for 4, making it a perfect place to dine.
The garden areas are spectacular, a tropical garden with beautiful trees and a swimming pool of about 10 by 5 metres. This beautiful pool has steps for access to the water, making it perfect for young children. Sun loungers around the pool.
Accessible from the gardens and the master bedroom, there is another cool and shaded terrace with comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxing moments.
For golf fanatics, there is a putting green at the back of the house.
Cristo beach is 600 metres from the villa and the marina is less than a kilometre away. There are two supermarkets less than 800 metres away and many shops in the vicinity of the Marina. The seaside promenade starts at the Marina and you can easily reach the town centre.
