The cloakroom has a toilet with wash hand basin. The utility room consists of a washing machine with dryer. Access to back of the house with small patio area. The back door has a canopy. The lane from the back door allows walking access to the roadside at the front of the house. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, bed side cabinets with lights, built in wardrobes, dressing table with mirror, chest of drawers. Views over the harbour and Moray Firth.
