Apartment not recommended for young children because balcony planters have a height below the norm. So thank you for telling me the age of the children before booking.
Large T1 bis air-conditioned and luminous of 35 m ² in calm and sported residence with security guard, on the 5th floor with elevator. The view is clear, on greenery, with even a small view of the sea.
Ideally located for a successful stay in Marseille, whether for business or leisure as you stay in Marseille residential.
The residence is located in one of the most elegant districts of Marseille: Saint Giniez (8th arrondissement). It is :
- 5 minutes walk from the Ecole Supérieure de Danse.
- 10 minutes walk from the metro Rond point Prado, Parc Chanot / Palais des Congres, Foire de Marseille, Vélodrome stadium, Avenue du Prado, kinesiology training center.
- 15 minutes walk from Parc Borély, beaches, St Joseph's Hospital.
- 15 minutes by bus or car departures hiking in the Calanques.
- 10 minutes by subway (4 stations) from the city center and the Old Port.

* a terrace balcony of 7m2 ideal to take a drink and breakfast.
The apartment has double glazing at the two bay windows.

Direct access by subway from the train Gare Saint Shuttle Marignane airport and subway.
The street parking is fairly easy and free. You park your car at the bottom of the building and it's an opportunity to live without a car, to walk to the beach, the supermarket, at the metro station Rond Point du Prado, which takes you in 20 minutes to the Old Port , at the train station or at the bus station.
If you prefer to park your car in a public parking fee, there is one nearby, it is Negresko parking at 20 Negresko Street, it is 5 minutes walk.
