A traditional Gozo farmhouse in every sense. A welcoming courtyard leads to the arched living area that opens straight onto the pool deck, facing west and enjoying beautiful sunsets. All three bedrooms have en-suite facilities and air-conditioning, with one of the bedrooms located on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher. An amazing holiday home that offers one of those unique relaxing holidays in Gozo.
Set on the westernmost side of Gozo, you will find peace and tranquility here. The village of Gharb is your typical laid back Gozitan village. It features a quaint square with a few bars and restaurants. There are some important landmarks in the vicinity. A nice walk away from Ta' Lonza you will find the legendary San Dimitri Chapel and a short drive away you will find yourself at Dwejra with its iconic inland sea and sheer cliffs. There's so much to explore and the whole island is within easy reach.
Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in the welcoming courtyard, shaded by an old palm tree. A small hallway opens into the imposing living room with its massive, floor-to-ceiling arches. Even as you are still taking in this beautiful room, the pool deck and views beyond beckon. Just off the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area which also overlook the pool deck. Internally, the ground floor level is completed with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a spare shower room, just off the hall.
A stone staircase leads to the first floor where you will find a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and the huge master bedroom complemented by an en-suite bathroom. Both first floor bedrooms have access to a terrace and balcony from where you can enjoy some wonderful scenery. All bedrooms are air-conditioned (coin meter).
The sunny pool deck is equipped with outdoor furniture and comfortable loungers where you can relax and float away in the tranquility this area of Gharb is renowned for.
When landing at Malta international airport, it takes about a 45minute car drive to reach the ferry port, cirekewwa (Malta side) then about 25 minute to cross if you chose via Gozo Channel ferry, and then another 25 minute by car from the Gozo ferry port (Mgarr) to Ta' Lonza accommodation in Gharb, Gozo
