CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
- Early check-in or late check-out can be at an extra fee depending on availability.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
- A rental contract will emailed for electronic signature before check-in.
Keep in mind, if you are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct, not all third parties share your information with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum 21, and no pets are allowed.

Pool Heating Details
- Pool heating is optional and available for additional nightly rate of $100 per night.
- The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. As the pool is outside, we have it set to 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools, especially if it is raining.
- We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature.
- To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it cannot be turned on and off daily.
Please Note: If the police need to be called to the property for complaints of any kind, we will ask you and your guests to leave without refund.

Your reservation is covered for up to $5,000 in accidental damages. Let's face it... kids make messes and accidents happen. So rather than having you provide an extra deposit, we ensure you are covered with up to $5,000 in coverage for a flat fee. Enjoy your worry-free stay!
Thank you for following our house rules:
No smoking or vaping of any kind in the home or around open windows or doors. Violators will be charged up to $1,000 and asked to leave without refund.
Disturbing the peace is not tolerated. Violators will be asked to leave without refund.
No parties with outside guests are allowed. All guests must be included on the guest count for your reservation.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Please do not play music loudly at any hour.
Concierge services, including grocery delivery, photography, home chef's, car rentals, car detailing and the like, are provided by 3rd party vendors.
