Résumé: This was a great place for our needs. Recently we had to meet in the laval area for unfortunate circumstances. The area was perfect for us. Metro was a short walk when we needed it and it was only a 15 min ,metro ride to downtown. We used the metro twice during our stay. Parking was fine and we had two vehicles so we made it work. The rooms are a good size and very clean. having the laundry available was very convient especiallly for my friends from BC. Great kitchen facilities, very large fridge and stove. It is in the path of the airport however i must say when sleeping it was never an issue. Even during the day time I rarely heard the planes. The only issue I might point out is the fact there are stairs to get to the unit. Not abig issue unless you have mobility concerns. For us it was not an issue at all. Overall it was a great stay that met our needs. I would highly recommend this place to any of my family or friends.
