Outdoors you will find parking on a private driveway with an electric gate for privacy and added security, front garden contains children's play area, rear garden features charcoal barbeque, lounger, hot tub and vegetation all with beautiful views over Swansea Bay.

Rear Garden - Enclosed with railing, large patio leading off from the living room and consisting of 6 seater hot tub, granite dinning table with 6 wrought iron chairs, double lounger, charcoal BBQ with out door lighting and panoramic sea views of Swansea Bay. The lower level of the garden features mature trees and flowering bushes with gravel path.
